Nassau County to Run Winter Indoor Youth Lacrosse League

Nassau County Executive Ed Mangano announces that the county will offer an indoor youth lacrosse league in December and January at the Nassau Community College Field House.

The new Nassau County Winter Indoor Youth Lacrosse League will run between December 5, 2010, and January 16, 2011, with games held on Sundays between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. The boys and girls league, sporting a six-game schedule, will be divided into separate aged-based divisions. For boys, the breakdown is for grades three and four, five and six, and seven and eight. The divisions for girls have not yet been determined.
