If you are member of a civic association, community organization or homeowners association and are interested in learning more about the features of AROW and filing an appeal on-line, complete the contact ARC form below and an ARC representative will contact you.

Filing Applications for Correction:

When:  January 2 to March 3.

Online: Applications may be filed electronically with the same effect as filing on paper through AROW (Assessment Review on the Web) until 11:59 PM on March 3. Successful transmissions generate an Appeal Number immediately and an e-mail message after a short delay.

Mail: Address mail to the Assessment Review Commission, 240 Old Country Road, Mineola, NY 11501. Mail must be post marked by the USPS, or a private carrier designated by the IRS, no later than 11:59 PM on March 3.

By Hand: 240 Old County Road, Mineola, 4th Floor, from 9:00 AM to 4:45 PM, Monday to Friday, except Martin Luther King’s and George Washington’s birthdays.
