ANNUAL SURVEY OF INCOME AND EXPENSE (ASIE-2010)
The ASIE Filing Deadline is November 1, 2011
ASIE forms postmarked by the U.S. Postal Service by that date will be accepted as timely filed. ASIE Filing is Mandatory - The filing of the Annual Survey of Income and Expense (ASIE) with the Department of Assessment is mandatory as required under Section 6-30 of the Nassau County Administrative Code. Failure to file will be subject the liable property owner to $500 dollar penalty.
Web filing is provided for taxpayer convenience. It is the easiest, most reliable and fastest method of filing your ASIE. Starting with this year’s e-filing, key information like property location, ownership, etc. will be stored in the system. This will pre-populate on future forms and greatly reduce owner’s filing time.
