F.O.I.L. Requests

The New York State Freedom of Information Act provides that the custodial agency may take up to five (5) working days to rule on a Freedom of Information Request. FOIL requests are available for viewing or purchasing records.

For FOIL requests, the following forms can be used:

• Certificate of Examination of Petitions
• Request for Board Material
• Request for Financial Disclosure Statements
• Request for Non-Fee Material
