County Clerk O’Connell Attends EWFD Installation

(Mineola, NY)  Nassau County Clerk Maureen O’Connell recently joined the East Williston Fire Department for their 120th Annual Installation and Inspection.  Since 1889, the members of the East Williston Fire Department have been providing around the clock fire and emergency response services to the community.  The evening’s events honored the officers and members of this fine organization, beginning with the installation of Chief William McLean, 1st Assistant Chief Patrick Theodore and 2nd Assistant Chief Daniel Cramblitt.  Clerk O’Connell honored Outgoing Chief Paul Walters for his dedicated service to the department and the East Williston community.  Also honored was Ex-Chief Nicholas Siciliano for forty years of unparalleled service and Ex-Chief Thomas Delaporte for his service as the Nassau County Fire Commission 8th Battalion Chairman and Fire Commissioner.
