Before you get started there are some things you might find helpful to know about this guide:
- It describes the health insurance benefits provided to Nassau County employees, retirees, and other enrollees, such as spouses, domestic partners, and dependents.
- It is accessible through the Nassau County Comptroller’s Web site and contains clickable links to forms and other Web sites that you may find useful.
- If you are an employee and need information on a topic that is not covered, you should contact your department’s Human Resource Officer. All other enrollees should contact the Nassau County Comptroller’s Office, Health Benefits Unit.
