Effective Immediately, Nassau County Comptroller George Maragos is Offering His Office as a Work Station for Small Business Owners, Students and County Residents who Remain without Power

Mineola, NY- Effective immediately, Nassau County Comptroller George Maragos is welcoming small business owners, students and Nassau County residents who remain without power to use his Office as a work station. Individuals with laptops, cell phones, tablets or any electronic devices who need a place to work are welcomed to the Nassau County Comptroller’s Office between the hours of 9 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

"My Office will be open to any of our hard hit residents who simply need a place to get some work done,” Comptroller George Maragos said. “Actions we take for granted such as plugging in an electronic device have become difficult for many of our residents due to the trail of disaster Hurricane Sandy left behind.”

The Nassau County Comptroller’s Office is located at 240 Old Country Road in Mineola on the second floor. Please be advised that our Office has limited space available but that our staff will be on hand to assist residents. For more information, please call the Comptroller’s Office at 516-571-2383.
