Bethpage, N.Y. - Nassau County Executive Thomas R. Suozzi and the Nassau County Police Department, in conjunction with the Suffolk County Police Department, New York City Police Department, New York State Police, Connecticut State Police, New Jersey State Police, Federal Bureau of Investigation, United States Coast Guard, Air Station Atlantic City, United States Coast Guard Air Station Cape Cod, Customs and Border Protection and the Air National Guard Rescue Wing, today hosted a STARCOM Task Force “Fly In” at its monthly meeting.
The County Executive was joined by Police Commissioner James H. Lawrence, Nassau County District Attorney Kathleen M. Rice, and Deputy Secretary for Public Safety for New York State Michael Balboni, along with other representatives from local law enforcement and military agencies.
