Dear Mr. Zuckerman:

I am greatly disturbed by the actions of your editorial board with respect to the October 26th endorsement of my opponent for Nassau District Attorney.

While you certainly have the right to endorse a candidate of your choosing, the misinformation contained in the editorial is distressing.

I have enclosed both a short letter that I sent to your editor today as well as a more detailed explanation as to the gross unfairness of your paper’s statements.

I would certainly be available to discuss this matter with you and to review the appropriate methodology of analyzing the statistics.
