Varicella (CHICKEN POX) Vaccine Required For Day Care, Nursery And Pre-Kindergarten
MMR and TETANUS-DIPHTHERIA VACCINES NOW AVAILABLE
Varicella (chicken pox) vaccine is now required for all children entering any pre-kindergarten program, (day care, nursery or pre K) who were born on or after January 1, 2000, and are at least 12 months of age. Manufacturers of measles-mumps-rubella and tetanus-diphtheria vaccines state that a full supply is now available. The chart below lists the required immunizations for school entry.
