AWARDS TO LOCAL PEDIATRICIAN - ELMONT

The Elmont Community Health Center was recently awarded a Certificate of Recognition from the Nassau County Department of Health and a Certificate of Participation from Richard F. Daines, M.D., Commissioner, New York State Department of Health, for participation in the Nassau County and New York State Departments of Health Immunization Program Initiative to achieve complete immunization of all children by age two years.

The Elmont Community Health Center for the practice of pediatrics is located at 161 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, N.Y.  11003.
