AWARDS TO LOCAL PEDIATRICIANS –

WESTBURY/NEW CASSEL COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER

The Westbury/New Cassel Community Health Center was awarded a Certificate of Recognition from the Nassau County Department of Health and a Certificate of Excellence from Richard F. Daines, M.D., Commissioner, New York State Department of Health, for participation in the Nassau County and New York State Departments of Health Immunization Program Initiative to achieve complete immunization of all children by age two years.

The Westbury/New Cassel Community Health Center for the practice of pediatrics is located at 682 Union Avenue, Westbury, New York 11590.
