The Nassau County Department of Health is sponsoring a Spring Health Fair which will offer free information about serious health issues affecting Nassau County residents. Information available will include education and literature on health-related topics such as Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD's) including HIV and AIDS, smoking cessation, women's health issues, nutrition, diabetes, Lyme disease, and the effects of alcohol and drug use.
