Uncertified Bottled Water for Sale

The New York State Department of Health has issued a Cease and Desist Order to the Pure Water Source Corporation in Port Washington, NY because their bottled water product has not been certified by the State Health Department.  The order directs the Pure Water Source Corp. to discontinue the sale and delivery of its bottled water products and to remove all of its existing bottled water products from the market in New York State.
