County employees cannot participate in any way in planning or preparing specifications for County contracts, leases or agreements if they have any financial interest directly or indirectly, in the contract, lease, or the work to be performed.

County employees may not accept gifts or favors worth more than $75.00 per year from anyone other than a parent, spouse or child, if the employee knows that the person is doing business with the County.

County employees may not use County letterhead, personnel, equipment or supplies for a non-County purpose.
