Legislator Scannell Congratulates Baldwin PAL Board Members
Nassau County Legislator Joe Scannell (D-Baldwin) was an invited guest at the Nassau County Police Activity League, Baldwin Unit, Awards Dinner, an organization offering sports, crafts and other activities for the youth of the community. He showed his appreciation for the hard work of the board members by presenting them with a county citation.
"PAL offers so many excellent opportunities for children, providing them with a wide array of sports to participate in as well as the tools to learn good sportsmanship," Legislator Scannell said. "PAL's goal, to develop good citizenship through positive interaction between youth and police officers, is important and valuable to the Baldwin community."
