Scannell Secures Funds for Baldwin PAL Judo Program

Nassau County Legislator Joe Scannell (D-Baldwin) is pictured in Baldwin’s Hastings’s Street School with the youngsters

in the Baldwin PAL Judo program. Legislator Scannell helped in securing County funds for the school district making it

possible to purchase flexi-roll judo mats so that the children can safely learn and enjoy the art of judo. Because The Hastings

Street School community room (gym) is used by Baldwin’s numerous organizations and community groups, Legislator Scannell is taking the lead on securing additional County funds to replace and improve the community room floor. Also pictured with
