Legislator Bosworth Honors Volunteers and Home Visitors

Nassau County Legislator Judi Bosworth (D-Great Neck) honored the volunteers and home visitors of the

Great Neck/Manhasset/Nassau BOCES Parent-Child Home Program at the Cumberland Center on June 1st.

“These volunteers and home visitors are dedicated to the young children and their families of Great Neck and Manhasset

and I am honored to be able to present this citation to this wonderful organization,” said Legislator Bosworth.

“They spend time interacting with young children and modeling skills for parents of children age 18 months and older so that

the children are beautifully prepared when it is time to enter school.” Pictured with Legislator Bosworth are some of the

many community-minded individuals who work with the young children and their families.
