Legislator Bosworth Applauds Great Neck South HS Robotics Team
Legislator Judi Bosworth (D-Great Neck) was pleased to attend the School-Business Partnership of Long Island's (SBPLI) USFirst Robotics Regional at Hofstra University on Saturday March 25th in which Great Neck South High School's robotics team recently competed. The team won the Underwriter's Laboratories Safety Award and student Josh Graber qualified to enter the final round of the USFirst founder Dean Kamen's "Dean's Homework" competition. The team completed another successful season of high quality engineering and safety through robotics. The team advisors are teacher Matt Corrigan and Business/Technology Department Head John Motchkavitz.
