Legislator Bosworth Honors Manhasset LAX Champs

The Manhasset Boys' Lacrosse Team won their second consecutive State Championship having recorded a dominating performance all season.

Nassau County Legislator Judi Bosworth (D-Great Neck) took great pride in presenting a County citation to the members of the Manhasset High School Boys’ Lacrosse team during a recent session of the Legislature. Legislator Bosworth said, “It must be so rewarding to Coach Cherry, his assistant coaches and all the players and the score-keepers to win back-to-back state titles. The boys worked hard and made many sacrifices. The fact that the team’s motto was ‘All In’ reflects their inclusive attitude which contributed to their outstanding performance.
