Soccer Fan Legislator Mejias Wishes Pirates Luck in Upcoming Season

Nassau County Legislator Dave Mejias (D-Farmingdale), center, wished the Pirates Soccer team luck when they marched

in the parade held in Farmingdale. Legislator Mejias, a soccer fan, spoke to the children about the importance of good sportsmanship

and encouraged them to always try their hardest. He was joined by Coach Vinny, Coach Mike, and the players,

Vincent, Jacob, Steven, Brendan, Anthony, Matthew, Jenna, Tori, Olivia, Angela and Cameran.
