Nassau County Legislator Diane Yatauro (D-Glen Cove) announced today that Garvies Point Museum and Preserve will present dinosaur films on Fridays in July.

July 21, 1 p.m. – “Hunt for China’s Dinosaur”

July 28, 1 p.m. – “The Great Dinosaur Hunt”

This 47-minute film explains how dinosaur bones were first discovered in Texas and Montana in the 1700s.

Garvies Point Museum features many relevant exhibits to provide a visual enhancement to these 20-minute tours.
