Denenberg Presents Update on Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum and HUB Development Plans

Nassau County Legislator Dave Denenberg (D-Merrick) will host his 250th community meeting with representatives of the Lighthouse Development Group and Rexcorp Realty LLC as they discuss their plans for the $2 billion, 150-acre mixed use development in the Nassau HUB on Monday, March 24 at 7:30 p.m. Plans have been filed with the Town of Hempstead for a project that will revitalize the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum and include various housing, office space, a grand canal, complimentary retail, conference, exhibition and hotel space. Representatives from Rexcorp Realty will present the plans and provide an update. Questions and answers follow the presentation. Refreshments will be served to celebrate Leg. Denenberg’s 250th community meeting.
