    PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 27-2009 RATIFYING THE ACTION OF THE COMMISSIONER OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE COUNTY OF NASSAU IN PREPARING A MAP SHOWING REAL PROPERTY AND EASEMENTS TO BE ACQUIRED AND REAL PROPERTY TO BE RELEASED FOR THE IMPROVEMENT  OF JACKSON AVENUE FROM JERICHO TURNPIKE TO RAILROAD AVENUE, SITUATED AT SYOSSET, TOWN OF OYSTER BAY, KNOWN AS COUNTY ATTORNEY PROCEEDING NO. 1233 AND AUTHORIZING THE CLERK OF THE NASSAU COUNTY LEGISLATURE TO PUBLISH A NOTICE OF FILING OF SUCH MAP IN THE OFFICE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS OF NASSAU COUNTY AND OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD CONCERNING THE ADOPTION THEREOF AND TO SEND A COPY OF SAID NOTICE BY CERTIFIED MAIL, RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED TO EACH OWNER AFFECTED.
