All meetings of the Nassau County Legislature are held at the Theodore Roosevelt Executive and Legislative Building 1550 Franklin Ave. Mineola, NY 11501. Full Legislative Meetings are held in the 5th floor legislative chamber and begin at 10:00 AM unless noted otherwise. Committee meetings begin a 2 P.M. unless noted otherwise.

To view a copy of the calendar for the dates listed below, click on the (blue only) date. The Rules Agenda is now located at the end of each calendar. Calendars & Rules Agenda will be posted as they become available. If you need further information on an individual item please contact the Clerk's Office at 571-4252.

Legislative Calendars

The Legislative Calendar contains all the resolutions, ordinances and local laws on the Legislative Calendar for each particular meeting. To view the Legislative Calendars, Public Notices and Rules Committee Agenda please click on the date of the Calendar you wish to view.

Rules Committee Agendas

The Rules Committee meets on each Legislative session and votes on the pending resolutions, ordinances, contracts, and local laws. The ones that receive a majority of the vote are subsequently placed on a future Legislative Calendar. To view the Rules Committee Agendas, please click on the date of the Calendar starting from February 5, 2007 which will contain a link to the Rules Committee Agenda that you wish to view.
