MRDD Outpatient Rehab and Medical Services

The Nassau County Department of Mental Health, Chemical Dependency and Developmental Services partially funds the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Nassau County -UCP to provide outpatient Rehabilitative and Medical Services. The Treatment and Rehabilitation Center at UCP provides accessible, comprehensive, quality medical and clinical services that address the spectrum of issues intrinsic to living with a disability across the lifespan. Comprehensive, efficient and necessary therapeutic treatment and healthcare services are provided during day and/or evening hours to developmentally disabled persons to improve and maximize their quality of life.
