All applications for adult housing
that is licensed or funded by NYS Office of Mental
Health are processed through a single location using
a universal application form. Decisions about
client access to housing are monitored by the NYS Office
of Mental Health and the Nassau County Department of
Mental Health with input from the agencies that provide
the residential services.
