The New York State Emergency Management Office has just informed Nassau OEM that it will be accepting Letters of Intent (LOIs) for FEMA’s Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) relating to declaration DR-1827, “New York Severe Winter Storm.”
A series of documents has recently been released in support of the Program.
