Eric C. Naughton, who joined the Office of Legislative
Budget Review in 1996, was appointed Director
of the OLBR in January 2001, after having served
as OLBR's Deputy Director. Mr. Naughton and his
staff have been recognized by Newsday for their
ability to make sense of the budget.
Before joining OLBR, Mr. Naughton was the Director
of Financial Planning for the Atlanta Housing
Authority and the Budget/Accounting Manager for
the city of Marietta, Ga. He was responsible
for Marietta receiving its first Government Finance
Officers Association's Distinguished Budget Presentation
Award.
Mr. Naughton received his B.S. in Finance from
the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
