Nadeem Eli Shahzad joined OLBR in 2005. His main area of responsibility is the review and monitoring of County Wide Technology initiatives, and financial analysis of various County Departments.
Prior to joining OLBR, Nadeem Shahzad worked in the private sector for profit and non-profit organizations. He was Director of Information Technology and CIO with American Lung Association, Coldwell Banker Real Estate, and USWeb/CKS.
Nadeem Shahzad has a B.S. in Computer Science. He received his Master's in Education from Villanova University, and a MBA in Educational Technology from Long Island University. He has a Ph.D. in Political Science from Punjab University. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at NYU, Brooklyn College, and City College of Information Technology. He is a member of the Community Advisory Board of The Feinstein Institute for Medical Research (Genomics and Human Genetics, and BioGene Bank Project).
