Othniel Denis came to OLBR in August of 2007 as a Legislative Budget Analyst. His main area of responsibility includes monitoring the budgets of Parks, TPVA, and OMB. Prior to joining OLBR, Mr. Denis was employed by Brookhaven National Laboratory where he worked as a Fiscal Accountant.
Mr. Denis received his B.S. in Finance from SUNY at Old Westbury and his M.B.A. from Adelphi University with a specialization in Management Information Systems.
