Raymond Liu joined OLBR in 2007 as a Legislative Budget Analyst. Mr. Liu’s Primary responsibilities include reviewing the budget for the Correctional Center, Probation, Veteran Services, and Labor Relations. Prior joining OLBR, Mr. Liu worked for New York City Mayor’s Office of Labor Relations and New York City Department of Human Resources Administration.
Mr. Liu received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baruch College.
