Stephanie Rubino joined OLBR in April 2001 as
the Senior Legislative Budget Analyst. Her main
area of responsibility is the monitoring of County
expenses, particularly payroll and fringes. In
addition she reviews the budgets of the departments
of Health, Corrections, Probation, the College
and the Medical Center. Prior to joining OLBR,
she worked for Avis and Winthrop University Hospital
as a senior analyst.
Ms. Rubino received her B.S. in Finance from
LeMoyne College.
