Saddle Rock Grist Mill

Saddle Rock, Grist Mill Lane
Open: Sunday, 1 – 5 p.m., approximately May through October (call to confirm); group reservations are available for other times.
Admission: Free

Constructed around 1700 and restored to its mid-19th century appearance, the Saddle Rock Grist Mill is one of the few remaining tidal mills left in the country. The mill, which was used to grind grain and corn, overlooks Little Neck Bay.
