Group Fitness Classes

The Aquatic Center offers a variety of on-land group fitness classes for all ages and abilities.  From children to seniors, from beginners to the well-conditioned, we offer something for everybody.  Our recently expanded schedule offers early morning and nighttime classes, in addition to the mid-morning and early afternoon classes we previously offered.  We also have quick half-hour classes for those who can't commit to a one-hour workout.

To view the 2008 on-land Fitness Summer Session schedule, click here.

We have also added classes specifically tailored to the fitness needs of children.  Our “Go, Kid, Go” program is a combination gym and swim fitness program (ages 8 - 12) aimed to promote the health and wellness of our younger generation and to fight the ever-increasing prevalence of youth obesity.  Our movement classes (ages 2 - 5 years) are aimed at helping kids improve their fine and gross motor skills in a fun, comfortable environment.  Even better: with the addition of classes for your young ones, you can drop your kids off for a 30-, 45-, 60-, or 90-minute class while you get your own workout in!
