REVISED Proposed Legislative Initiatives

The Nassau County Planning Commission has revised its proposals regarding certain updates and changes to its governing laws and regulations:

**Revised Proposed Regulations for the Subdivision of Land - Click here for the proposed new regulations governing the subdivision of land in Nassau County.

**Revised Proposed Guidelines for Streamlining Nassau County Zoning Referrals - Click here for the proposed guidelines for streamlining the zoning referral process under General Municipal Law 239-m in Nassau County.

The Planning Commission held public hearings for comments in February 2008 and June 2008.
