PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of the Education Law and the County Government Law of Nassau County, the Nassau County Legislature will hold a public hearing on the County Budget for Nassau Community College for the fiscal year commencing September 1, 2009 and ending August 31, 2010 at 10:00  in the morning on August, 10 2009 in the Meeting Room of the Nassau County Legislature, Theodore Roosevelt County Executive and Legislative Building, Mineola, New York, at which hearing any person may be heard for or against the estimates and recommendations as presented by the County Executive, or any item or items thereof. 

            The Proposed County Budget for Nassau Community College, the budget message and the summary of which are printed below, is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the Nassau County Legislature and shows the estimated revenues and expenditures for the said College and for the fiscal year as aforesaid and is open to inspection by any person during business hours, Monday to Friday, inclusive from 9:00 to 4:45.
