Directions

The Agency is located at 16 Cooper Street, in the Village of Hempstead, two blocks south of the District Court and a few doors away from the Department of Motor Vehicles office. The Long Island Railroad and Hempstead Bus terminals are two blocks north of the Agency.

The Agency can be reached from the Southern State Parkway at Exit 19N, Peninsula Blvd., by traveling north on Peninsula Blvd. until Washington Ave. Turn left and follow the signs into the municipal parking garage.

The Agency can be reached from the Northern State Parkway at Exit 29, Roslyn Rd. south, by proceeding south on Roslyn Rd. It becomes Washington Ave and intersects with Cooper St one block south of Fulton Ave. Turn right and follow the signs into the municipal parking garage.

The Agency can be reached traveling westbound on Hempstead Turnpike by turning left onto Washington, then right onto Cooper Street and by following the signs into the municipal parking garage.

The Agency can be reached traveling eastbound on Hempstead Turnpike by turning right onto Washington, then a right onto Cooper and by following the signs into the municipal parking garage.
