Lost, Illegible Ticket

Please contact the Traffic and Parking Violations Agency by phone (516-572-2700) to speak to an operator. You must provide us with the details of the violation you received: where and when you got the ticket. In the case of a parking ticket you must have the license plate number available. For traffic violations you must have your motorist identification number available. Please have your violation number available if possible.
