If
you plead guilty and wish to pay for your ticket,
follow the instructions on the reverse side of
the ticket. Sign the back of the ticket "I PLEAD
GUILTY" and enter your current address. A certified
check, personal check or money order must be
made payable to the Nassau County Traffic and
Parking Violations Agency (N.C.T.P.V.A.) and
mailed to 16 Cooper Street, Hempstead, NY 11550-4063.
Payments must be received on or before the return
date indicated on the ticket or additional late
fees will be assessed. If you do not know the
amount of the fine, you may send us the signed
guilty plea and we will promptly mail you a balance
due statement.
