If
you have plead not guilty, and you wish to reschedule
a conference date, you may write to the agency
requesting a new date. To change the date for
a trial, you, or an authorized representative,
must appear on the trial date at 9:00AM with
a notarized statement, addressed to the clerk
of the court, explaining why you cannot appear
on that date. This statement will be presented
to the Judicial Hearing Officer for review and,
if accepted, the case will be adjourned. You
are entitled to two adjournments for a conference.
