If you are pleading Not Guilty
and you have missed your appearance date late
fees will continue to accrue until your plea
is entered. You may enter your plea of not
guilty by appearing in person Monday thru Friday
at 9AM or by writing to the Agency. If you
plead guilty you will receive a billing notice,
if you plead not guilty you will receive a
conference notice in the mail.
