Mandatory Appearance
The following offenses require a mandatory appearance
before a judicial hearing officer:
- Committing a second or subsequent charge for the same offense within an eighteen-month period;
- Any Speeding Offense;
- Passing a stopped school bus;
- Driving under or around railroad crossing gates;
- Unlawfully issuing an inspection certification;
- Operating an unregistered motor vehicle repair shop;
- Failure to yield right of way to an emergency vehicle;
- Failure of an emergency vehicle operator to use reasonable care;
- Leaving scene of incident
- Utilizing plates not issued by the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles or improper plates or indistinctive plates.
