Mandatory Appearance

The following offenses require a mandatory appearance before a judicial hearing officer:

1. Committing a second or subsequent charge for the same offense within an eighteen-month period;
   
   
2. Any Speeding Offense;
   
   
3. Passing a stopped school bus;
   
   
4. Driving under or around railroad crossing gates;
   
   
5. Unlawfully issuing an inspection certification;
   
   
6. Operating an unregistered motor vehicle repair shop;
   
   
7. Failure to yield right of way to an emergency vehicle;
   
   
8. Failure of an emergency vehicle operator to use reasonable care;
   
   
9. Leaving scene of incident
   
   
10. Utilizing plates not issued by the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles or improper plates or indistinctive plates.
