Plead Not Guilty to Traffic Violation and Missed Court Appearance Date

If you missed an appearance date, and you have not entered a plea late fees will continue to accrue until a plea is entered. You must enter your plea by either appearing any Monday through Friday at 9:00 AM or by writing a letter with your guilty or not guilty plea. If you plead guilty, you will receive a billing notice; if you plead not guilty, you will be sent a notice to appear for a conference. You can not change (Please note: A conference is a meeting between a traffic prosecutor and you, and/or your authorized representative, to discuss your options.)
