This department which is located in the basement, maintains copies of recorded deeds and mortgages.
Depending on the year a document was recorded, copies are kept in books, on microfiche, microfilm and on computer.
You may view these maps by obtaining the map file number in room 111. Copies of maps may be obtained for a $20.00 per page fee.

The map room maintains maps of every section, block and lot in Nassau County. Condominium, Co-op and Wetlands maps are also available.
The map room is located in the basement. Map room hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 4:30pm. Please see the staff in B-1 for assistance.
