Suozzi & Arizona Beverages Executives Open New Corporate Headquarters In Woodbury

New 100,000 Square-Foot Building will Retain Over a Hundred Jobs
and Continue to Create More

WOODBURY, NY – Nassau County Executive Thomas R. Suozzi, joined by AriZona Beverages Founder & Chairman Don Vultaggio and CEO David Menashi, officially opened the new 100,000 square-foot AriZona corporate headquarters today.

"We are always aiming to attract new businesses to Nassau County. Thanks to the help of the Nassau County Industrial Development Agency, we were able to keep AriZona Beverages here in Nassau and are confident that AriZona staying here will help attract other national reputable companies to our County," said County Executive Tom Suozzi. "This new AriZona office will send a positive message to the local and national business community that Nassau County is a good partner for businesses."

Located at 60 Crossways, this brand new $35 million, energy-efficient building will feature a unique state-of-the-art heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system (HVAC) and highly energy efficient windows to control sunlight and heat. The building will also contain large spaces, providing better opportunities for collaboration among employees on projects than the current 20,000 square-foot space in Lake Success.

AriZona has already added 60 new employees to their 120-employee payroll as part of the move from Lake Success to Woodbury and will continue to add more jobs as it continues to grow in this challenging economy. It has received sales tax, mortgage recording fee and PILOT (Payment-In-Lieu-of-Taxes) benefits from the Nassau County IDA, a typical package of exemptions for a company of this size and stature.
