The Nassau County Department of Health Perinatal Services Network and Community Health Worker Program, supported by 100 Black Men of Long Island, invite all residents of the Village of Hempstead to their first Community Health Fair.

The Health Fair is organized specifically for the residents of the Village in order to provide information about resources and health issues such as: Prenatal Care Assistance Program, HIV-AIDS, Immunization, Nutrition, Cancer, Domestic Violence, Blood Pressure and Asthma Screenings, Mental Health Services, Early Intervention Program, Baby Care Classes, Diabetes, and much more.

We encourage all residents to attend this health fair which has been created expressly for the Village of Hempstead.
