Beaches Open

The Nassau County Department of Health is allowing the following 21 beaches to reopen, effective today, July 25, 2008.

All 17 Nassau County North Shore Beaches*
and
On the South Shore in Nassau County:

Biltmore Beach Club Beach
Hewlett Point Beach
Island Park Beach
Phillip Healey Beach

These beaches have been closed as a precautionary measure due to storm water runoff.
