Beaches Open

The Nassau County Department of Health is allowing the following 20 beaches to reopen, effective today, July 29, 2008.

All 17 Nassau County North Shore Beaches*
and
On the South Shore in Nassau County:

Hewlett Point Beach
Island Park Beach
Phillip Healey Beach

Biltmore Beach Club Beach remains closed due to elevated bacteria levels.
