Public Hearing on Trans Fat and Regular Board of Health Meeting  

Hearing to Follow Nassau County Board of Health
Regular Monthly Meeting

A public hearing by the Nassau County Board of Health on banning trans fats in all permitted county food service establishments will be held on:

July 17, 2007
3:00 p.m.
Nassau County Department of Health
Fifth Floor
240 Old Country Road,
Mineola, New York, 11501

The hearing will follow the regular Board of Health meeting which will convene at 1:00 p.m. and adjourn immediately for an executive session to discuss personnel matters. The public session of the regular monthly board meeting will begin at approximately 2:00 p.m. The trans fat hearing will begin at 3:00 p.m.
